2026 RFP

The Request for Proposal (RFP) to host the PACE Forum 2026 is now live! Submissions are due by Friday, May 30, 2025 to pace365forum@gmail.com. 

Please carefully review the introduction page for detailed instructions on how to submit your proposal. We encourage DMOs to take the lead in submitting bids, ensuring their agreement to the requirements and their role in hosting the event. 

Once the submission deadline has passed, a team of PACE lead volunteers will review the proposals. They will then schedule calls with the finalists to discuss the process and address any questions.
